Renee, Dental Hygienist
With more than 30 years of experience in the dental field, Renee is a veteran member of Dr. Toney's staff. She studied at Midwestern State University and is proud to have been a part of Dr. Toney's practice since 1991. “This is a group of great people that have a lot of fun together,” she says. Away from work, Renee and her husband stay busy with their two sons, family, friends and church activities. She also enjoys camping, water sports, and almost any other activity that gets her outdoors.
Janis, Dental Hygienist
For more than 30 years, Janis has served up gorgeous, healthy smiles to patients. She has worked with Dr. Toney and our team since 1998. Janis holds an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from TCC, and she feels honored to be part of a team that prioritizes patient care. Janis believes a hygienist's job involves more than just scraping teeth. It's all about creating relationships and promoting a healthy lifestyle. When she isn't sitting chair side, Janis enjoys time with her husband– they met in fifth grade and have been married since 1985. We told you she knows relationships! She loves being “Mia” to her beautiful grandsons, and spending time with her 4 children, family and friends.
Kristy, Dental Hygienist
Kristy joined our team in 2012; however, her relationship with Dr. Toney goes back much further than that. “I have been a life-long patient of Dr. Toney. I can also relate from a patient's perspective how great this office really is.” She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and is a fan of all things OU! Boomer Sooner! Kristy and her husband, James reside in McKinney with their daughter, Ava.
Stephanie, Dental Hygienist
Stephanie grew up in a small Southeast Texas town, just a few miles from the border of Louisiana. She moved to the Dallas area in 2009 after graduating magna cum laude with an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Lamar in Beaumont, Texas. While working full time, Stephanie continued her education at Texas Women’s University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in May 2016. She currently lives in Anna with her three dogs Lexi, Zoey and Romeo. Stephanie enjoys her dogs, playing slow pitch softball and spending time with family and friends. She truly believes growing up in Southeast Texas taught her the true meaning of Southern hospitality. Southern hospitality is defined as, "Showing graciousness, kindness, and warmth to others." She thinks the world of her patients and loves greeting them with a smile and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at each and every appointment.
